Welcome to the Senior Saints Ministry of First Baptist Church of Bushnell!

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

It is the ministry of Joyful Hearts to meet the spiritual and social needs of our senior saints with the purpose of bringing each of us closer to God and sharing the Gospel through our lives and in service.

OUR PROGRAM

The Joyful Hearts meet on the second Tuesday of each month from October through April. The program begins at 11:15 AM with a potluck luncheon and ends around 1:30 PM. Each month a guest speaker is invited to present a program concerning topics that are relative to mature living.

Special day trips are planned throughout the year to visit various places of interest in Central Florida. The destination and details are always discussed at our meetings, with members taking an active part in the planning. And thankfully a comfortable, air-conditioned bus is available for our travels.

This ministry is open not only to our members and regular attendees, but to anyone in the community.
